Upcoming Chef Collabs & Events

One Tuesday each month, Thali turns half its kitchen over to a guest chef. The show kitchen comes alive, guests gather at communal tables, and two chefs create five courses neither would have written alone. This season welcomes a James Beard Award winner, three James Beard honorees, a Top Chef alumnus, and the third generation of Delmonico's to 62 Main Street.

Includes Cocktail hour with passed small bites and a five-course tasting menu including dessert.

Timing Start time is 6.30 PM; communal seating begins at 7:15 PM; the evening wraps by 9:30.

Price $185 per person plus tax and gratuity.
